So how does your company story, its sustainability continue beyond you? Your leadership built your organization and sacrificed greatly to be a contribution to your family, the employee families and your community. Does it continue to thrive after you step aside?
Boomers, GenX’ers, and Millennials…Is there really a difference of motivation, leadership style, and communication? The short answer is Yes. But first a generally accepted definition:
- Boomers are 54 – 74 years old.
- GenX’ers are 40 – 54 years old.
- Millennials are 20 – 40 years old.
Ask your Boomers, GenX’ers and Millennials to define these words:
- Hard work
- Ideal working environment
- Productive meeting
